Every dental record a patient has, in one place
PITCHED AT THE NEW YORK NIGHT ON 21 OCTOBER 2026
A dental patient's history is scattered across CBCT scans, X-rays, intraoral scans and medical PDFs held by different clinics, so specialists work from partial records and repeat tests. HISTORA connects those sources into one secure workspace that clinicians can view and share in a click, without replacing the software they already use.
Complex dental cases now cross borders and specialities, and the records rarely follow the patient. A surgeon receives a CBCT on a USB stick, the medical history sits in a PDF from another clinic, and a critical medication can be missed because nobody had both documents open at once. For dental groups the same gaps repeat at every location.
HISTORA brings 3D scans, X-rays, clinical notes and medical reports into a single record, viewable in the browser and shareable with a referral link that can be revoked. Every alert it raises cites the source document and page, and it is deliberately positioned as documentation and retrieval rather than diagnosis. It works with existing imaging devices through DICOM and STL, and the founders started from their own clinic, Clínica Guitián.
These founders pitched at the same startup events. The room is usually the reason people find each other.
