We've hosted 115 nights in New York, and the shape of them hasn't changed: founders pitch on stage, then the floor opens and the room does the rest. The New York series has been running since June 2023, usually a Wednesday night, recent rooms include Bar Hugo Rooftop, Redd's Biergarten and Whiskey Cellar NYC.
