Bringing new alloys to the people who would use them

New YorkIndustrialPre-product

PITCHING AT THE NEW YORK NIGHT ON 2 SEPTEMBER 2026

Materials science produces alloys that are lighter, stronger or cheaper to work with, and manufacturers rarely hear about them, because the people who develop a metal are not the people who sell into a production line. Vittori partners with materials companies to take new alloys and the printing systems that use them to manufacturers.

A better alloy is worth very little on its own. Its value appears when a manufacturer changes a part to use it, which requires trusting a material nobody in the building has run before, on a process that may also be new. That is a commercial problem rather than a metallurgical one, and it is why promising materials sit in papers for years.

Vittori works that gap from both ends, partnering with the companies developing the metals and selling into the sectors that would benefit, with the printing systems included so the manufacturer is not left to solve the process alone. Splitting the company between the United States and Italy follows the industry rather than convenience: both the materials work and the manufacturing base are there.
