Turning your wearable data into a daily plan
PITCHED AT THE DUBAI NIGHT ON 15 SEPTEMBER 2026
People already own the ring, the watch and the lab results, and still do not know what to do on Monday morning. YoLongevity reads that data and turns it into one daily protocol for food, training, sleep and supplements, delivered by AI coaches and overseen by doctors.
The health industry has become very good at measuring people and very bad at telling them what to do next. A check-up ends with the same advice to eat better and move more, a wearable adds a screen of numbers, and a drawer fills with supplements taken without a clear reason. Whether the goal is weight loss, fertility, menopause or simply staying well for longer, the gap sits between the doctor's sentence and an ordinary Tuesday, and that is where most people give up.
YoLongevity is the plan layer on top of the data people already have. It pulls signals from their wearable and lab results into a single Master Protocol covering nutrition, training, sleep, recovery and supplements, recalculated every day, and delivers it through coaches that live in WhatsApp and Telegram. When the data shows a longer-term shift, a physician-led team reviews it and suggests a test or a consultation. The company is led by Zsigmond Bodnar, with cardiologist Dr Vivien Klaudia Nagy as co-founder and chief medical officer.
These founders pitched at the same startup events. The room is usually the reason people find each other.
