One data model under a whole small business
PITCHING AT THE DUBAI NIGHT ON 15 SEPTEMBER 2026
A small company runs sixteen or more apps, and its customer is a different half-matching record in every one. Connectors join the apps but nothing joins the customer, so AI has no context to act on and work stalls between departments. NearSync puts nine departments on one shared data model, with AI that can act across all of it.
Integration was supposed to solve this. Every small business now has connectors running between its CRM, its billing, its support desk and its project tool, and yet the customer still exists as several partial records that agree on a name and nothing else. Handing a task from sales to delivery means someone re-enters it, and any AI pointed at the stack inherits the same fragmented picture.
NearSync starts from the data model instead of the connectors. Nine departments share one representation of a customer, so work moves between them without translation and an assistant can act across the whole company rather than inside one app. Pricing is deliberately flat per seat, because unpredictable per-app costs are what push small businesses into rationing licences and leaving half the company off the system.
