Hire vetted remote talent in minutes, not weeks
PITCHING AT THE DALLAS NIGHT ON 8 OCTOBER 2026
Hiring for a small business means money on job boards, hours of rescheduled interviews and often nothing to show for it. Levelzi keeps a bench of pre-vetted professionals already profiled with their rates, matches them to a role described in plain words, and takes the hire from interview to offer in one place.
A typical opening at a small business attracts a hundred applicants, half answer the phone, ten pass the screen, five show up to the interview and none get hired. Almost everything else is on demand now, a ride, a meal, a place to stay, and a great hire still takes weeks of the owner's time.
Levelzi was built as software rather than as a staffing agency. The bench is profiled before anyone searches: identity verified, intro video recorded, rate on the profile. An assistant takes the role in plain words, asks about hours and budget, and returns ranked candidates with a scorecard that explains the fit; interviews are proposed in a click and the offer is sent from the same screen. The company also exposes the whole flow to AI agents through MCP, so a founder's agent can find, interview and bring on talent as the work changes.
These founders pitched at the same startup events. The room is usually the reason people find each other.
