Wholesale house and land, distributed through one platform
PITCHING AT THE SYDNEY NIGHT ON 16 OCTOBER 2026
Australia's new-home market still moves on spreadsheets, PDFs and group chats between builders and the advisers who sell their stock. Kenekt gives wholesale builders one place to publish house-and-land packages, and gives property advisers, buyer agencies and brokers a live, searchable stocklist with branded brochures and transaction support.
A builder with a small business-development team cannot reach the thousands of advisers who place buyers into new homes, and an adviser cannot keep pricing and availability straight across dozens of builders when every update arrives as a PDF in a messaging group. The channel is large and relationship-led, and it runs on admin that nobody is paid for.
Kenekt sits between the two sides. Builders load projects, lots, packages, inclusions and commissions once, and the platform turns them into a structured stocklist and marketing packs that reach the adviser network instantly. Advisers research, compare and present options under their own brand, and from July 2026 Kenekt also carries the customer due diligence that Australia's anti-money-laundering regime now puts on every property sale.
