Finding a flat or a flatmate in Israel means scrolling group chats and filtering listings that were gone yesterday. HomeSprint replaces the filters with matching, pairing tenants, roommates and landlords on the things that actually decide whether it works: budget, neighbourhood, lifestyle and dealbreakers.

Israeli rental search runs on WhatsApp groups, and everyone involved knows it is a bad system: a listing appears, forty people message, thirty-nine waste an evening. Formal listing sites layer filters on top of the same problem, which helps nobody, because the reasons a flatshare works or fails are not fields you can tick.

HomeSprint starts from the match rather than the listing, using lifestyle signals and dealbreakers alongside the obvious constraints, and it grew out of the communities it is replacing rather than arriving to disrupt them. Running in both Hebrew and English is not a nicety in this market: a large share of the people worst served by the current arrangement are the ones who cannot read the group chat.
