Free legal guidance for family rights in India
PITCHED AT THE DUBAI NIGHT ON 18 AUGUST 2026
Most people facing a family legal problem in India cannot afford the advice that would resolve it, and the free information available is scattered, outdated or wrong. HaqSe is a free platform that puts the guidance and the support pathway in one place.
A legal problem inside a family is rarely about the law being unclear. It is about the person affected not knowing what they are entitled to, who to ask, or what the next step costs, and being least able to find out at exactly the moment they most need to. The advice exists and is priced out of reach.
HaqSe is built on the position that the first layer of that should not be a paid product at all. The platform is free, it covers the area where the imbalance is sharpest, and it aims to get someone from not knowing their rights to knowing what to do next. Whether that becomes a business is a later question. It is already a working service.
These founders pitched at the same startup events. The room is usually the reason people find each other.
