A child with developmental needs sees several therapists and specialists, and most of the actual work happens in the weeks between appointments, where a parent is left to remember recommendations and coordinate everyone. Genex is the coordination layer: personalised home programmes, shared progress and less admin for the clinician.

Paediatric developmental care is delivered in appointments and lived between them. A speech therapist gives an exercise, an occupational therapist gives another, and a parent goes home holding both, plus a school's requirements and their own memory of what was said. Nobody in that arrangement can see the whole picture, least of all the person responsible for carrying it out.

Genex builds the layer that holds it together. Recommendations become a structured home programme, progress is visible to the clinician who set it, and the coordination that currently runs on a parent's notes app becomes part of the record. The two clinical advisers are shaping the workflow rather than endorsing it, which for a product that sits inside a therapist's week is the difference that matters.
