Fill Easy

Compliance checks that arrive by email

San FranciscoFintechScaling

PITCHING AT THE SAN FRANCISCO NIGHT ON 4 NOVEMBER 2026

Banks and insurers want AI to take over KYC work, but putting an agent inside a regulated institution means months of procurement, security review and integration. Fill Easy skips that: a compliance team emails its request, and an agent with its own registry and government ID access returns the company search, ownership trace or identity check in the same thread.

Know-your-customer work is mostly retrieval: a bank onboarding a company needs its registry extract, its directors, the owners behind each holding layer and proof that the people are who they say they are. Most institutions still outsource that to service providers, because getting an AI tool approved inside a bank takes longer than the work it would save.

Fill Easy replaces the service provider rather than the bank's workflow. A relationship manager emails agent@fill-easy.com, and the agent replies with the price, the turnaround and then the documents, drawn from company registries across 60+ jurisdictions and from identity schemes such as iAM Smart, China eID, Singpass and UAE Pass. The same searches are available by API, and the company files under the cross-border data rules that let Mainland records reach Hong Kong.
