New builds from the LEGO bricks you already own
PITCHING AT THE MELBOURNE NIGHT ON 9 OCTOBER 2026
Once the instructions are finished, a tub of bricks has nothing new to say, and fans age out into screens. emagineer scans a collection, shows every official set the parts can already make, uses patented AI to find new builds hiding in the spare pieces, and turns a selfie into a buildable brick figure with step-by-step instructions.
Six standard bricks can be put together more than nine hundred million ways, and nobody can see those builds in a tub of spares. More bricks are in the world than ever, the official digital products are still static instructions, and the problem for a fan, and for the brand, is what happens once the manual is finished and the screen looks more interesting than the box.
emagineer blurs the line between the physical bricks and the digital play. Scan your sets and it knows your inventory; its AI reads the spare pieces and proposes builds you did not know you owned, complete with parts lists; a selfie becomes a minifigure avatar or a buildable custom figure with instructions. The founder is the inventor on the company's patents, and the app sells a free tier, an annual plan and a lifetime licence through the app stores.
These founders pitched at the same startup events. The room is usually the reason people find each other.
