A health record the patient owns and can carry
PITCHED AT THE LONDON NIGHT ON 18 AUGUST 2026
Medical history is scattered across providers, countries and languages, which is a nuisance for most people and a serious risk for anyone who moves. MediBridge lets individuals and families organise, translate and share their own records.
Portability is the unsolved part of health records. Within one system the problem is largely handled; the moment someone changes country, or a parent is managing care for someone in another one, the record stops travelling and the translation problem becomes real.
Building for the patient rather than the provider is the choice that makes this possible at all, since no provider has an incentive to make records leave. The interest from relocation companies points at the distribution route.
These founders pitched at the same startup events. The room is usually the reason people find each other.
