Where the hold, sell or exchange decision gets made
PITCHING AT THE LOS ANGELES NIGHT ON 9 SEPTEMBER 2026
Property is often a third or more of a client's net worth, and the financial advisor is the only person in the room whose pay does not depend on the answer. Leveridge gives them a documented framework for that decision, rather than a single line item buried in planning software.
Everyone advising on a property sale is paid on a different answer. The agent is paid to sell, the lender to refinance, the exchange intermediary to exchange. The financial advisor is the one participant for whom holding is as valid an outcome as selling, which makes the decision theirs to own and, awkwardly, the one thing their software does not model.
Leveridge builds the missing layer: a documented way to reach hold, sell or 1031 exchange, and then execute it. The timing is not accidental, with an enormous generational transfer of US property underway and the CFP Board's fiduciary standard now covering the asset.
These founders pitched at the same startup events. The room is usually the reason people find each other.
