Draw the org chart, deploy the agents
PITCHING AT THE AMSTERDAM NIGHT ON 8 SEPTEMBER 2026
Building a system of AI agents that work together means writing orchestration code: invisible, fragile and reachable only by programmers, while the people who know how the work should flow think in roles and reporting lines. Agentwerk lets you draw the organisation, and the drawing is what deploys.
Multi-agent systems are described in org-chart language and built in glue code. That gap is where they fail: the person who understands how a review should route, or which step needs a second pair of eyes, cannot express it, and the person who can express it has to guess at the intent. What gets deployed is a pipeline nobody can read.
Agentwerk makes the diagram executable. Departments, roles and the typed edges between them, command, review, data, are drawn on a canvas and that drawing is the running system. Messages follow the declared connections rather than an implicit call graph, and because every run is persisted and streamed, governing the organisation is a matter of watching it rather than reading its source.
These founders pitched at the same startup events. The room is usually the reason people find each other.
